Bankers furiated over Greece's decision to wipe out Citizen Debt

Think filing for bankruptcy is the only way to get debt discharge? Think again, at least in Greece. While previously we have reported that Greek courts had written off "untenable" debts of unemployed Greeks owed to local banks, Kathimerini describes a landmark case which may have profound implications for the indebted country, in which a fully employed woman has had the bulk of her debt written off.

From Kathimerini: "In what could turn out to be a significant ruling for Greeks suffering from the economic crisis, a court in Hania, Crete, has become the first in the country to order that the majority of the debt owed to banks by someone still in full employment be wiped out. Sunday’s Kathimerini understands that the Justice of the Peace Court in Hania based its decision on a 2010 law that allows judges to give protection to people struggling to meet their financial commitments. Until now, the legislation has only been used to give debt relief to unemployed people or those with no substantial income."

This means that virtually every indebted person in Greece, regardless of employment status will rush into court rooms, demanding equitable treatment and a similar debt write down. It also means that the Greek bank sector, already hopelessly insolvent, is about to see its assets, aka loans issued to consumers, about to be written off entirely. And since the ultimate backstopper of the entire Greek financial system is the ECB, the creeping impairments will have no choice but to impact, very soon, the mark-to-market used by both the ECB and the various national banks. Finally, how long before other courts in Europe express solidarity with their own citizens and proceeds with similar resolutions?

On the specifics of the write off:

in the Hania case, the court ruled in favor of a full-time civil servant. The divorced woman, who has three children, asked to be given protection after her banks refused to offer her new terms for combined loans of 112,000 euros. The unnamed woman explained that she did not have any assets she could sell to pay off her debt.


In its ruling, the court deemed that the woman, who has moved in with her parents, needs 350 euros a month to cover her own costs but that the rest of her earnings could be distributed equally among the three banks she owes money to. The judge deemed that this process should last for four years, meaning the woman would pay back some 30,000 euros and the remaining 82,000 would be written off.

And the implications:

Thousands of people have already appealed to the courts for protection under the 2010 law but legal experts believe the decision in Hania may lead to a new wave of appeals by Greeks who still have jobs but are unable to repay their loans.

Needless to say, this simply means that as locals realize that a domino effect in which bank assets are written down will necessitate a collapse of bank balance sheets, and the asset side of the ledge will be unable to support deposits held by local banks. Which is unfortunate as December saw the first modest signs of a rebound in Greek deposits, which rose modestly from €173 billion to €174 billion following years of consecutive declines.

Iran ready to implement sanctions against EU

Iran has proposed a bill to cut off all oil supplies to EU in response to EU's unjustified hostilities. EU has been threatening to implement sanctions against Iran, but instead Iran is slapping EU by proposing its own set of sanctions.

"If this bill is passed, the government will be forced to stop selling oil to Europe before the actual implementation of their sanctions," said Emad Hosseini, spokesman for the Iranian parliament's energy commission, reportedly said. The bill is set to become law on Sunday.


The EU sanctions allow for oil deliveries from Iran until July 1. Any pre-empting of this timescale by Tehran could prove problematic for countries like Italy, Greece and Spain, who would need to urgently find new suppliers.

Libyan puppet Defense Minister visited Bani Walid for dialogue after the town was liberated from NATO Mercenaries. Bani Walid elders asked the puppet defense minister that there should be no interference in Bani Walid, the town is self governed now after a local council was formed.

Libyan resistance fighters and armed Jamahariya supporters attacked NATO Mercenaries in Tripoli and Benghazi after the liberation of Bani Walid, the original Libyan Green flag has been raised over Bani Walid, giving moral boost to other Libyan towns trying to end the NATO driven oppression.

Street battles between NATO Mercenaries and resistance fighters continue in Tripoli neighborhoods, shops have been closed, and people are staying in doors knowing that the liberation has begun. NATO Mercenaries announced that they will show no Mercy to resistance fighters and have installed more checkpoints in Benghazi and Tripoli.

Heavy clashes between resistance fighters and NATO Mercenaries have also been reported in Benghazi, this comes after months of protests, and recent attack on puppet regime's headquarters. Abdul Jalil was forced to flee from puppet regime's headquarters when a mob entered the compound, even destroying his transport. The puppet vice president also resigned after being attacked in Benghazi University by angry students, and carried out by his body guards like a baby (caught on video).

It’s official, or is it? Once again the establishment is showing it’s cards in an obvious attempt to defraud Ron Paul from the nomination, as Iowa GOP ‘officials’ purposely disrupt and permanently invalidate the 2012 Iowa Caucus.

The official Caucus website, in conjunction with the Des Moines Register, had to come forward Thursday to claim the official results can “never be certified” after 8 different precincts turn up invalid results due to “missing votes” and changing stories.

For the first time in history, the Iowa GOP decided to change the final vote count to a “Secret location” for what was claimed to be “security concerns.” The unprecedented change in venue came as a shock to most Iowans who are used to seeing the final results tallied at State Party Headquarters in Des Moines, in full view of the public.

This time, however, instead of business as usual, all of the final results were to be counted at an undisclosed location, completely hidden from public scrutiny, the seemingly ‘new’ business as usual.

What played out as a result was a mockery of democracy asIowa election officials permanently skewed the results of the caucus, illegally miscounting and completely dismissing votes for Ron Paul, many of which were ironically from precincts that Romney lost in ’08.

Other missing or “uncounted” votes were expected to be heavy Ron Paul supporting, major populated areas and college town precincts, now leaving the true winner forever in question.

Originally, the results had Romney winning by 8 votes over Santorum with 30,015 votes. Now the establishment’s media claims new ‘official’ results show Santorum winning by 34 votes over Romney with 29,839 votes, but oddly 168 votes fewer than the ‘official’ total he was previously given, 30,007.

Additionally, Iowa’s establishment politicians now say 121,503 people voted overall, strangely down from the 122,255 it had originally reported. This could be due to new official results not including the 8 precincts that showed skewed results in the new final totals, but the truth may never be fully understood.

As if that’s not odd enough, hidden within all the commotion, even though many votes were missing, uncounted, and changed, including the official result totals for both Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum, no mention at all has been given to the new total Ron Paul should now have and if his votes were also miscounted or left out like the two ‘front-runners” votes were reported to have been. Especially considering how close Ron Paul came to winning, one would think his totals would be just as important to review as well.

The Ron Paul camp, as usual, has downplayed the situation for fear of being an easy target and giving the establishment an excuse to label him and his supporters conspiracy "theorists," a very common tactic used by the establishment and it's media throughout Paul’s career. Instead, he’s tried to remain humble and look at the bright side in saying, "a strong third is still pretty good and still sends a message to the establishment and the American people."

However, as was pointed out on CNN Thursday, even if the new results are legitimate, “It’s hard to take back that initial surge given to Romney. It’s hard to overcome the amount of hype and exposure he received as the evening progressed.” It was treated as a monumental moment as he was declared the winner, while his party and constituents celebrated in great joy…All while questionable results trickled in.

If the actual winner was to have been Ron Paul, should the votes have been counted fairly, the results would have likely been unprecedented momentum for the Ron Paul campaign, which would have likely been impossible for the other candidates to overcome, especially considering Ron Paul’s overall success, despite the constant barrage of negative and totally unfair coverage, if and when he gets coverage at all.

Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the circumstances, when it’s all said and done, is the repeating pattern of open censorship and total demonization toward Ron Paul’s campaign by the media. He’s always referred to as “unelectable, racist, or dangerous,” or any number of attacks, while generally making a mockery of his ideals and supporters, even though his anti-war, pro-civil liberty, limited-constitutional government, and sound economic policies are all very popular in general with the American people.

What people are most impressed with, when it comes to Ron Paul, when people are actually given the chance to find who he really is and what he really stands for, are things like realizing he’s held those exact same ideals and shows a perfectly aligned voting record to go along with those ideals since he started in government over 40 years ago. Something the other candidates couldn’t even fathom with all the criminal activity and flip-flopping on the issues, many of them have done routinely, throughout their careers.

The troops feel Ron Paul is the best candidate for America, as well. For the second White House bid in a row, active military personnel give double the amount of organic campaign contributions to Ron Paul than all the other candidates combined, including Obama’s totals.

This renders the war-mongering establishment's multi-party line, that Ron Paul's foreign policy ideals are "dangerous," when even the military overwhelmingly agrees with Paul, as more examples of pro-establishment rhetoric aimed at fooling the people into thinking anti-war sentiments are irrational. The totally bias media is constantly using suggestive terms like,“he can’t win,” or, “he won’t win,” as if they are the ones who decide what the people are supposed to think about the candidates.

Frighteningly, it’s commonplace to witness the open attempt to sway public opinion in favor of the candidates with pro-war and pro-establishment views, despite the fact that Ron Paul has scored very high or first in almost every independent political poll since his second White House bid in 2007, while establishment funded polls always strangely show Paul in second, third, or even more oddly, yet just as commonly, not being included in the poll at all.

This, despite that fact that he’s always the landslide victor in almost every internet poll he’s been in, including post-debate analysis for every debate since the 2012 GOP nomination race began, both on TV and on almost all internet polling analysis.

As another perfect example, the censorship and the overall attempt to limit Ron Paul’s ability to get his message out to the American people became so bad during the SC GOP Debate Thursday night, the crowd actually began to take notice, and at one point all started demanding that he be allowed to participate, and forced CNN’s debate host to allow Ron Paul to answer the same question the other three candidates were allowed to answer. Excluding and ignoring Paul was, and has been a common theme throughout both the ’08 and the ’12 GOP nomination races, during every single debate since the very beginning.

One of the reasons for a general establishment disdain for the strict Libertarian is because he’s has always been a real thorn in the establishment’s side, going back as far as his first run for President in ’88 when he exposed CIA drug running on local Texas TV. Now he’s doing it on the national stage, and although he’s wisely being a lot more politically correct in front of a national audience, the establishment still doesn’t like him now, seemingly more than ever.

More examples of his continual fight against a totally over-reaching, big-government establishment, Paul was the only one of the remaining candidates to take a detour from the campaign trail this week to introduce legislation in the Congress to strip unconstitutional provisions from the tyrannical NDAA bill that has garnered so much attention as of late. The same bill that, pro-establishment candidate, Mitt Romney supported during a recent national debate, admitting he would have voted for it as well.

Ron Paul’s son, Tea Party favorite, US Senator from Kentucky, Rand Paul has also been instrumental in fighting for liberty against pro-establishment, pro-status quo politicians, recently vowing to block un-American additions to the internet-freedom-killing SOPA and PIPA bills that were addressed in the final SC GOP debate on Thursday evening. Freedom-killing legislation that pro-establishment candidate,Rick Santorum had trouble denouncing with the others on the same debate stage.

Coming into the Iowa Caucuses, however, most establishment pundits were so nervous over the thought of a Paul win they were rendering the Iowa caucus discredited before they even happened, some suggesting simply ignoring the results all-together. That is, until Romney or Santorum "won," and then the Iowa caucuses magically became so legitimate the establishment pundits were practically handing the nomination to Romney, even though we still had 49 states left to primary.

Bringing us to the evening of the Iowa Caucus itself, where early exit polls had Paul in first place, which included an Anderson Cooper jolting Paul win in the first couple official precincts reported.

As the evening progressed, the leaders went back and forth like a jumbo-tron race during halftime, with the first two hours of results seeing no clear leader, and a double digit amount of lead changes, despite Paul’s #1 live exit poll rankings, shown on every network.

All night long national news coverage analyzed the incoming numbers, showing Paul having a real shot, either leading or in a dead heat for much of the first part of the evening, with promising young voters and college student heavy precincts yet to be counted, something the pundits were claiming “looked very good for Paul” and had the other candidates, “very nervous,” according to live election coverage analysts.

As the night wore on, however, none of that seemed to matter. All pre-caucus polls showing Paul in first, or the live Iowa Caucus exit polls showing Paul winning, or the edge he was said to have because of the missing precincts that strangely never ended up being counted, all somehow ended up not having any effect or simply disappeared completely into a black hole.

After all this, what’s extremely frightening about the situation is that fact that neither the establishment and it’s media, nor is anyone in any policing agency doing anything about it, as if it’s no big deal that the official election results in the Iowa caucus was tampered with, rendering the results of the election forever compromised, potentially putting the future of the caucus and elections processes, this nation, and Ron Paul’s call for liberty, freedom, and the rule of law in serious jeopardy.

Just as concerning to Ron Paul supporters and supporters of freedom and fairness in general, which may or may not be a majority of the country, although we obviously can’t be sure with the current national media that's in place, is the fact that precincts around the country that aren’t still using paper ballots, are now using electronic voting machines, also said to be even easier to manipulate, admitted under oath in court by an electronic voting machine software developer. In addition to a very shady Diebold upper management history, potentially rendering the entire election system a total hoax, which exists, as Judge Napolitano recently stated, “to merely perpetuate the fake, corporate controlled, ‘two-party’ system of political slavery.”

Under the circumstances, if no one does anything about it, and the people remain largely oblivious to the actaul magnitude of the circumstances, the only way Ron Paul and his supporters have any shot at getting the nomination, and thus swinging the preverbal political pendulum back toward the direction of freedom and liberty, is via total landslide victories in many of the remaining primaries. To the point that not even pro-establishment vote counters and jimmy-rigged Diebold voting machines and their unfairly manipulated software can overcome the sheer magnitude of votes, forcing the establishment's media to take notice, forcing it into public discussion.

Fact finding mission: NATO and NATO puppet regime war crimes revealed

There is strong evidence that NATO carried out war crimes in its eight-month war for regime-change in Libya, according to a report released Thursday by Middle East human rights groups.

The United Nations resolution authorizing “all necessary measures” to protect civilians was utilized as the justification for military actions against civilian targets in which many Libyans were killed and wounded, according to the groups’ investigation.

The report is based upon a fact-finding mission to Libya conducted by the Arab Organization for Human Rights, together with the Palestinian Center for Human Rights and the International Legal Assistance Consortium. The investigators conducted extensive interviews with victims of war crimes as well as witnesses and Libyan officials. The mission carried out on-site field investigations in and around Tripoli, Zawiya, Sibrata, Khoms, Zliten, Misrata, Tawergha and Sirte.

While the investigation concluded that the government of Col. Muammar Gaddafi used excessive force against protesters, the report also states: “There does not appear to have been a clear demarcation between peaceful protests and armed opposition, and the Mission received credible information indicating that protestors took up arms in the early stages of the revolution.”

In terms of NATO’s role, the report cites evidence that in addition to NATO air strikes, the US-led alliance deployed troops on the ground, which coordinated the offensive of the so-called “rebels” with the bombing campaign.

“NATO participated in what could be classified as offensive actions undertaken by the opposition forces, including, for example, attacks on towns and cities held by Gaddafi forces,” the report states. “Equally, the choice of certain targets, such as a regional food warehouse, raises prima facie questions regarding the role of such attacks with respect to the protection of civilians.”

Among civilian sites visited by the mission that had been struck by NATO bombs and missiles were schools and colleges, a Zliten regional food warehouse, the Office of the Administrative Controller in Tripoli, and private homes.

The mission found its strongest evidence of war crimes in the coastal city of Sirte, a center of support for Gaddafi, which was the last major area to fall to the NATO-backed forces.

It cites a September 15, 2011 incident in which NATO warplanes struck two jeeps guarding a coastal road, killing or wounding 10 pro-Gaddafi fighters. When residents of the area came out of their homes to help the wounded and retrieve the bodies of the dead, the NATO warplanes struck again, firing a third missile into the crowd. Approximately 50 civilians were killed in the attack.

The report also detailed war crimes by the NATO-backed “rebels.” In addition to summary executions of alleged pro-Gaddafi fighters, witnesses provided reports of “indiscriminate and retaliatory murders, including the ‘slaughter’ (i.e., throat slitting) of former combatants.”

The mission reported on visits to detention centers holding individuals charged in many cases with nothing more than having supported the Gaddafi regime. At one of them, in Zawiya, visibly “panicked” and “desperate” detainees “recounted receiving frequent beatings by guards, and showed bruises and other marks consistent with prolonged and recent abuse. These bruises and marks typically appeared on the torso and upper thigh area of the detainees, and consequently were hidden from casual observation by clothing. Beatings were reportedly carried out using fists and electric and plastic cables. Detainees also reported 2 recent deaths in custody.”

The report focuses, in particular, on the treatment of black African immigrant workers and black Libyans, who have been indiscriminately rounded up and charged as “mercenaries.” People “with dark skin are being detained as presumed mercenaries. In such instances, there appears to be a presumption of guilt. The alleged mercenaries interviewed by the Mission in detention claimed to have been migrant workers, some of whom had been resident in Libya for over five years prior to the revolution,” the report states.

Emblematic of this racially fueled repression is the fate of Tawergha, a town which formerly had a population of about 30,000. Approximately 38 miles east of Misrata, Tawergha was a former slave-trading post settled by freed slaves, and consequently the majority of its inhabitants were black.

Branded as Gaddafi loyalists, the entire population of Tawergha was driven out through a terror campaign by Misrata-based “rebels,” leaving behind a ghost town. The mission’s investigators found damaged homes littered with personal belongings of residents who apparently “left in extreme haste,” and reported that while they were there in November, arsonists were burning down many of the abandoned residences.

The report quotes a senior Libyan military commander who “confirmed that a number of other ‘loyalist’ villages throughout Libya had met a similar fate.”

“We have reason to think that there were some war crimes perpetrated” by NATO, Raji Sourani, the head of the Palestinian Center for Human Rights told the British Independent newspaper. The mission’s report noted that the effort to determine the scale of these crimes was hindered by the “apparent desire” among the anti-Gaddafi elements who have taken control “to protect NATO, or avoid any direct or indirect criticism.”

The report concludes that the evidence of war crimes in the military intervention for regime-change in Libya necessitates “effective investigation, including, where appropriate, the prosecution of those responsible.”

In November of last year, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Luis Moreno Ocampo, stated that “there are allegations of crimes committed by NATO forces (and) these allegations will be examined impartially and independently.”

While the ICC last week granted Libya’s National Transitional Council a two-week extension on its deadline to provide the international court with a report on the conditions under which the murdered Libyan leader’s son, Saif al-Islam, is being held and whether he will be turned over to the international court, Moreno-Campo has given no further indication that the ICC is pursuing charges related to NATO’s war crimes or the lynching of Gaddafi.

(San Francisco) – For more than 20 years American Presidential campaigns have warned about the exquisitely elaborate fantasy and dire danger of a nuclear armed Iran; nuclear weapons that Iran does not have and does not have the tools to make. So, why the continued big donor Presidential campaign interest?

The huge uranium business in the United States wields enormous power and influence in American military, business and political circles. In stark contrast, the US Navy has possession of two thirds of America’s nuclear weapons.

Since they do not make big campaign contributions the Admirals and Chiefs therefore have no voice in this Doomsday scenario. An interested party must “pay to play.”


However, 104 American reactors and the very profitable associated businesses do make intense campaign contributions and expect real results from temporarily leased or fractionally owned politicians, American Presidents included.

The pro-nukers also fully expect the powerful American military to protect their global nuclear related businesses in addition to the politicians handing out lavish cash subsidies.

Nuclear reactors make heat, high level nuclear waste and plutonium for nuclear weapons. Additionally, “All Reactors Leak Radiation All the Time.” The radiation routinely kills utility company customers and their kids.

The focused logic of nuclear weapons and “facilities” anywhere dictates that a family’s loss of a parent, fetus or child is always less important than the government’s desire to own thousands of nuclear weapons. This is true even though the nuclear destruction of the entire world requires only about 300 nuclear weapons.

Iran’s building nuclear weapons is not the pro-nuker businesses concern, though. The making and selling of nuclear fuel rods for reactors world wide with Russia backing them is their worst nightmare.
Iran Makes Its First Uranium Fuel Rod

Iran openly held a press conference and announced the manufacture of their first nuclear fuel rod on Jan 2, 2012. On Mar 8, 2008 President Admadinejad announced Iran’s intention to build 50,000 centrifuges for refining Uranium 235 to fuel rod purity (3% to 5% U235) for power reactors.

By way of contrast, the US produces all the uranium nuclear fuel it needs with only 3,000 centrifuges.

It appears Iran has every intention of entering the world wide nuclear reactor fuel market and competing with American, English, French, Japanese and/or any other nuclear fuel businesses.

With 50,000 centrifuges refining uranium Iran [as the Ruskies client state] can easily supply the uranium fuel needs for all the power and research reactors on the planet at a very competitive price, even a subsidized price if bought with a big reactor from the friendly Russian salesmen and women.

That is a direct threat to the continued Super Power status of the US and will not be tolerated. The US has clearly stated it is grounds for a preemptive nuclear strike.


Iran’s used-to-be-a-Super Power protector, Russia, is likely to look very favorably upon a request from any non-aligned country, existing Russian client state, or even an American client state for power or research reactors to be fueled by Iran.

This will easily amount to orders for hundreds of Russian nuclear reactors from Muslim countries.

That means it is a multi-trillion Ruble series of transactions. These transactions would change the balance of power in the world; thus, the US opposes the transactions.

Russian backing makes killing the Iranian salesmanship of uranium fuel rods for Muslim nuclear reactors built by Russians much more dangerous. The cold, calculating psychopathic officials involved get off on the thrill of staring death in the face, though.

The whole situation will quickly escalate. It may have already escalated behind the carefully staged “events” we get to see to one of open international economic warfare.

This situation can turn on a dime into real warfare utilizing the oldest to the most advanced weapons available to the US Superpower and its client states.

One of the leading American Presidential candidates has already promised to strategically bomb Iran’s “nuclear sites.” Iran in return promised an “immediate and overwhelming response.”

The currently sitting American President stated, as a matter of fact, that Iran would not be permitted to have “nuclear capabilities.”

Only British Member of Parliament George Galloway points out to anyone, including callers on his radio show, that there are “more than 80 Iranian nuclear sites.” Thank you for that much needed voice of sanity, Mr. Galloway. That is called “war” in my book; not just a so-called simple, strategic and clean “surgical” strike.

American politicians typically talk in coded phrases about any nation’s nuclear capability since it would be extremely politically incorrect for the nation to clearly interfere in another nation’s business activities.

As a result of the success of these secret and hidden wars with Iran, which is a real world power, not an empty shell like Iraq, it is clear that the successive American war-making Presidents usually choose hidden, covert ways to kill and maim lots of people and destabilize whole countries and regions.

In fact, that is the name of the game for the huge American “Chaos Agency,” the CIA.

A leading contender for the weapon to destroy Iran is the War Department’s ability to wage a hidden war utilizing the Earth’s own processes against Iran.

That includes such war making capabilities as turning off or amping up monsoons; guiding typhoons, hurricanes and tornadoes; producing huge amounts of precipitation; generating bone numbing cold; droughts; and triggering earthquakes.


But, the simple fact is that Iran’s premier Russian Nuclear Power Reactor at Bushehr isn’t fully turned on yet after more than 35 years of construction.

The Iranians and Russians are afraid to turn it on and run the billion watt reactor at full power. They have every reason to be scared. Bushehr sits obscenely astride the convergence of three geologic fault lines.



I predict that the Bushehr Nuclear Power Reactor will suffer a devastating Earth Quake as soon as the Iranian and Russian Powers-That-Be order the billion watt reactor switched “On” and build up about 200 Tons of high level radioactive poison in the reactor.


The American Strike will be over in minutes and leave behind utterly devastating damage and tons of air-borne radiation from lethally radioactive current and used reactor cores.

The ensuing cascade of deadly radiation in Western and Central Asia will take out many countries that are already weakened by 20 years of nuclear war in Central Asia, including Turkey, Israel, Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia; for Muslims world wide – this does include Mecca and Medina. About 20 nations and a billion people will pay the price for Iran’s nuclear enterprise folly.

This is but another case of where the psychopathic “smartest guys in the room” at the DOD create a life on Earth ending apocalypse as the air-borne killer radiation spreads throughout the Northern Hemisphere.

Bushehr’s soon to be vaporized 200 tons of lethal reactor cores are projected to produce no less than a life choking 26,128.20 hot particles per cubic meter in the Northern Hemisphere up to 3000 meters in the sky (9,842.51 feet.)

Each highly radioactive hot particle is at least 85.78 times the Maximum Allowable Human Dose Permissible Per Year after 300 days in the doomed Bushehr reactor. The resultant RadPoison takes about a year to go world wide.

The then current American President can generously offer vast amounts of American Aid from CIA Contractors in response to an “Act of God,” … as the now quite quaint saying goes. Isn’t “plausible deniability” Grand for the most lethal armed force on the Planet!

After being dragged in to multiple war, Italy is finally facing the true cost, reports from Sicily suggests that shelves are getting empty and prices have skyrocketed, long cues have been witnessed outside supermarkets and petrol stations.

Truck driver Paolo Caltanivetta said that “We cannot have a situation where a product costs €1 and the price to transport it €1.20. Once the transportation costs surpass the actual cost of the product, the system breaks down. I can’t continue like this. I have a family to feed,”.

Report: UK soldiers rape Afghan kids

UK soldiers have raped a boy and a girl in two separate occasions while recorded the heignous crimes. Similar cases of brutality and terrorism have been reported through out Afghanistan in the hands of NATO forces.

Iraq faced similar heinous crimes under US occupation, in one case a teenage girl was raped and then her whole family was massacred by US forces to hide any evidence or witnesses.

9 killed in clashes between resistance and NATO Mercenaries

At least 9 fighters have been killed in southern Tripoli after continued fighting between resistance fighters and NATO Mercenaries. A civilian Jamahariya supported was also tortured to death, bringing the death toll to 10.

BBC for the first time has reported on torture, after countless cases with video evidence of torture under the hands of NATO Mercenaries, this is the first time BBC has acknowledged that an innocent civilian was tortured to death, electrocuted and beaten until the victim died.

Other cases of tortures under NATO Mercenaries was not mentioned in the article, or the abundance of evidence supporting countless brutal torture cases.

From the get go nothing about this woman's claims made sense to me, then last week I realised she is now living in America, all thanks to Hillary Clinton, so I thought I should take a closer look at her. In her very many interviews with CNN since the alleged rape and abduction, she has repeatedly lied and changed her story.

One of the most incredulous details about her story, is that she came straight from her abductors to the Rixos Hotel, she told CNN that on the way there she took photographs of her injuries with her cell phone! She arrived at the Rixos with her hand bag! what kind of rapists would abduct a woman to rape, and let her keep her handbag and cell phone!

Did her sister that she lived with not try and call her over the 2 days, to see where she was? Why did she not call for help!

Another quite astonishing detail about this woman, she claims to be a law graduate, which makes her actions after escaping her abductors even more surprising! Plus she refused point blank to take a rape kit test! Hardly sounds like the actions of a law graduate.

This woman's claims have a 100 gaping holes! And no one seems to be questioning her!

Fighting has been continuing in almost daily bases in Tripoli and surrounding areas, new reports from Libya suggests that fighting has spread to Benghazi and Derna, far eastern Libyan cities which have been relatively peaceful for the past months. This comes as NATO continues stealing Libyan money/oil, while the Libyan Central Bank reported that they have not received even one dime of the 20 billion USD of Libyan foreign reserves, which NATO claimed to have released.

After Iran pronounced that she has evidence connecting US with the deadly terror attack in Tehran, US media outlets have produced a report claiming that Israel is behind it. Whether Israel, or US, they are both nations with the same anti-Iranian agenda:

Israel's Mossad is responsible for training and paying the assassins of a number of Iranian nuclear scientists over the past two years, TIME magazine reported Saturday citing unnamed Western intelligence sources.


In addition to the assassinations of the scientists, all of which were carried out using nearly identical magnetic bombs attached to the side of their cars, the intelligence sources claimed Israel was responsible for an explosion at an Iranian missile base outside Tehran last year.

American people have the right to resist and even kill police

Most protesters in US are probably not aware of these facts, if they were, then thousands of them wouldn't have been arrested without any resistance. The US constitution gives them the right to resist arrest and defend themselves against US regime forces.

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated:


“Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.” “An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away.


lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v. People, 75 111. 491; reaffirmed and quoted in State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason, 32 Kan. 245; Ballard v. State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau, 241 P. 2d 447; State v. Spaulding, 34 Minn. 3621. “When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. “These principles apply as well to an officer attempting to make an arrest, who abuses his authority and transcends the bounds thereof by the use of unnecessary force and violence, as they do to a private individual who unlawfully uses such force and violence.” Jones v. State, 26 Tex. App. I; Beaverts v. State, 4 Tex. App. 1 75; Skidmore v. State, 43 Tex. 93, 903. “An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery.” (State v. Robinson, 145 ME. 77, 72 ATL. 260). “Each person has the right to resist an unlawful arrest. In such a case, the person attempting the arrest stands in the position of a wrongdoer and may be resisted by the use of force, as in self- defense.” (State v. Mobley, 240 N.C. 476, 83 S.E. 2d 100).


“One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance.” (Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910). “Story affirmed the right of self-defense by persons held illegally. In his own writings, he had admitted that ‘a situation could arise in which the checks-and-balances principle ceased to work and the various branches of government concurred in a gross usurpation.’ There would be no usual remedy by changing the law or passing an amendment to the Constitution, should the oppressed party be a minority.


Story concluded, ‘If there be any remedy at all ... it is a remedy never provided for by human institutions.’ That was the ‘ultimate right of all human beings in extreme cases to resist oppression, and to apply force against ruinous injustice.’” (From Mutiny on the Amistad by Howard Jones, Oxford University Press, 1987, an account of the reading of the decision in the case by Justice Joseph Story of the Supreme Court. As for grounds for arrest:
